Accounts Administrator  (Omagh)
(Full Time)

Required for general accounts duties and to set up customer accounts, sales invoices, process supplier invoices and credits, raise supplier payments bank reconciliations, processing of expenses and liaising with internal and external suppliers/customers. Travel to group offices on occasion may be required as part of this role.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum 3 years generalist accounts admin experience to include purchase / sales ledger experience, previous experience of managing ledgers and debtors with ability to multi task. Essential for this role are Excel experience and preferably knowledge of Xero (desirable).

Summary of Duties 

  • Raising sales invoices
  • Issuing client statements
  • Purchase ledger duties, match batch and coding of invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Sales ledger duties
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing supplier payment runs
  • Making debtor calls / Aged debt control
  • Compiling information for Group Finance Manager and external accountants for P&L accounting
