The Group has acquired two new businesses in the past two years and as a result of business growth through the new acquisitions, we are now recruiting at our Group Head office, OMAGH :-

Accounts Administrator - Full Time

The post-holder will be primarily responsible for processing customer accounts, sales invoices, supplier invoices and credits, credit control. You will also raise supplier payments either via BACs or faster payment, statement reconciliations, allocation of all payments, processing of expenses and liaising with internal and external suppliers/customers. Travel to group offices on occasion is required as part of this role.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual with a minimum two years accounts admin experience to include purchase / sales ledger experience, managing ledgers and debtors with ability to multi task. Essential for this role are IT and systems experience including Excel , Accounts software such as Xero and VAT knowledge.

What will the role involve?

You will work as part of a team and perform a variety of accounting tasks includin

  • Purchase ledger duties, match batch and coding of invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Processing supplier payment runs
  • Sales ledger duties
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Issuing customer statements
  • Making debtor calls / Aged debt control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Compiling information for Group Finance Manager
