Invest Northern Ireland is looking for a Client Facing Officer to join our Western Regional Office in Omagh.
The role
The role holder will manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, promoting, managing and implementing Invest NI’s wide range of programmes, policies, strategies and initiatives. Using your experience gained in either a business, industrial or commercial environment, you will establish, maintain and develop credible working relationships with Invest NI companies in our Western Region, supporting the management and implementation of a range of economic development programmes and initiatives and providing a comprehensive information and signposting service to businesses on support available from Invest NI.
The candidate Experienced in achieving business goals through effective teamworking that has resulted in meeting/exceeding customer expectations, you will employ good judgment and initiative to identify priorities and deliver value added customer service, and using good oral and written communication skills to achieve successful objectives.

EXECUTIVE OFFICER II, WESTERN REGIONAL OFFICE (WEO/25) Salary starting £30,458 annum plus attractive pension.
Invest Northern Ireland is looking for an Executive Officer II to join our Western Regional Office in Omagh. The role The role holder will ensure effective customer service by providing support to a busy team, providing a range of office management and general administrative duties. You will manage and co-ordinate relevant information effectively through Invest NI’s electronic and manual information management systems and contribute to divisional projects aimed at improving service delivery or operational efficiency.
You will also ensure effective customer service through the provision of advice and information to internal/external customers and planning and co-ordinating activities, events and processes as required, e.g. exhibitions, seminars etc.
The candidate You will possess 5 GCSEs/O Levels at Grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) including English Language and 1 year’s recent relevant experience in an administrative role or 2 years’ recent relevant experience in an administrative role. Relevant experience includes producing a range of high-level administrative work, the proficient use of IT packages in order to prepare formal and professional documents in a work context and the provision of accurate information in a professional manner in order to deliver high quality customer service.
