One of NI’s leading construction companies with a strong reputation for being a great place to work, high staff retention rate and supportive management team, we now offer this excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to further your career in a strategic Company Finance Officer role to help maximise company profitability.



Working closely with the Senior Management Team you will undertake a broad, hands-on finance role to include financial analysis, budget preparation and internal controls:

•             Processing weekly & monthly payroll

•             Supervision of in-house accounts team operating sales and purchase ledger processes

•             Supervision of quarterly VAT return reconciliation and submission

•             Responsibility for preparation of monthly forecast, cashflow, budget reporting

•             Presentation of monthly finance report to senior management team

 •            Responsibility for preparation of year end statements and liaison with external auditors

•             Responsibility for submission of all financial reporting / regulatory compliance returns


•             Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent

•             Previous suitable accounting experience

•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite / computer literacy

•             Excellent communication skills with ability and diplomacy to manage a team
