Take ownership of every case (customer order), stay well organised and communicate effectively to keep cases moving and delivered on time to every customer in this busy and rewarding role.
Summary
You’re the first point of contact and the organiser who keeps cases moving. You’ll answer enquiries, guide clients through our process, and keep records accurate so every case progresses on time.
What you’ll do
- Handle client enquiries promptly and set clear next steps
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in our systems
- Co-ordinate with internal teams and external partners to remove blockers
- Provide proactive updates so clients always know where things stand
- Prepare and send correspondence and short reports
- Triage issues, gather the facts, and drive timely, well-documented resolutions
- Follow company procedures, including data protection and regulatory requirements
About You
A clear communicator, organised, driven, reliable, excellent attention to detail and a problem solver.
Essential requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C in English and Maths
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident with Microsoft Office suite and quick to learn new software
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Discretion with confidential information
