INTERMEDIATE & SENIOR MECHANICAL BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERS
•Lead Mechanical design from concept through detailed design, construction, and handover
•Prepare and review calculations, specifications, reports, and technical drawings
•Coordinate with Electrical Engineers and other disciplines to deliver integrated MEP designs
•Attend client, design team meetings, and undertake site visits when required
SITE ENGINEERS
•Conduct site inspections, surveys, BCAR reporting, and quality control
•Oversee MEPcompliance, technical reviews, and documentation
•Manage utilities liaison, contractor progress, project delivery, and closeout
•Regular travel to project sites
