ABOUT US:

quarrying, readymix and precast concrete production,
haulage, farming, waste recycling and renewable energy
production. A dynamic and growing group dedicated to
delivering high-quality services/products.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office and Accounts
Administrator to join our team and ensure smooth day-today
operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle phone calls, emails and customer and supplier inquiries.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents
Use of accounting software to keep customer and supplier accounts. Up to date
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Support management with reporting and general administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as an Office or Accounts Administrator,
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction or concrete industry would be a help but not
essential.
