APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE POST OF PROJECT MANAGER

 
Dunfanaghy Community & Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a vibrant community hub in County Donegal,
dedicated to empowering individuals and families. We are inviting applications for a Project Manager to
provide strategic and operational leadership for our centre, working closely with our voluntary Board of
Management. The Project Manager will ensure effective service delivery in line with the FRC Programme’s
ethos of community development and family support. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant
impact on the well-being of our community.

Candidate requirements:

Qualifications: Relevant third-level qualification (min. Level 7). Level 8 is highly desirable.

Experience:
– Min. 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a community setting, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory/leadership role.
– Evidence of working collaboratively at inter-agency level.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of the FRC Programme, community development principles,
Family support practice, and relevant social policy and legislation, including the Children First Act
and the Tusla Meitheal National Practice Model.

Skills: Proven leadership & people management, Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
building management, policy development, financial management and sourcing funding.

Driving Licence: Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
