Job Role:  Residential Housing Project Manager

Company: Rosemount Homes Group

Location: Enniskillen (3 days) / Belfast (2 days)

Rosemount Homes Group is expanding, with a new 140 home development in Enniskillen. We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee delivery from conception to completion.

The Role

  • Manage contractor performance, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Oversee progress, risk, costs & reporting
  • Liaise with stakeholders, design teams & customers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ Project Management experience (housing/construction)
  • Proven track record in Construction
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
