Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service and sales support through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring accurate parts identification, efficient order processing, and smooth day-to-day operation of the busy sales counter.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Identify, locate, and pick correct agricultural parts accurately and efficiently
-
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments through the sales system

Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control
-
Support the daily operation of the busy sales counter

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order fulfilment

Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and business needs
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Basic IT skills
Desirable:

Experience in agricultural, mechanical, or parts sales

Knowledge of agricultural machinery parts
