TRANSPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - Full Time, 35-hours / £27,591 per annum
Every day Fermanagh Community Transport helps older people, people with disabilities and other individuals and
communities who do not have access to a car or public transport access healthcare, shopping, social activities and
essential services.
We are seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused coordinator to lead our small front office team, oversee
bookings and transport schedules, support customers with empathy and resolve operational problems. You will be a
calm decision-maker and excellent communicator who can coordinate people, balance competing priorities and maintain
high service standards.
Experience in transport or logistics, scheduling, customer service leadership, health or social care coordination,
operational systems, reporting, or the community and voluntary sector would be advantageous.
