The Tilery Nursing Home

The Tilery Nursing Home is set in a mature site in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands.

The Tilery was built in 1992 by Claire and Joe Stranney to provide a residential caring service for Fermanagh and the surrounding area.

Claire and Joe live next door to The Tilery, where they have raised their own family of five sons since 1990. It is truly a hands-on, family-run Nursing Home, with Claire and Joe on the premises every day. Claire began working in healthcare over 30 years ago and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Health & Social Care.

The Tilery Nursing Home caters for 40 residents with 1 double room and 38 single rooms. The Nursing Home has 4 wings; East Wing, South Wing, Riverside and Lakeside. Many of the rooms have a view over the Nursing Home’s beautiful gardens.

Each bedroom has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with most rooms having en-suite facilities. All of our rooms have central heating and a modern nurse call system. Residents are more than welcome to bring their personal furniture to create a homely atmosphere in their room.

The Nursing Home has 3 lounges for residents to enjoy. Our Riverside lounge has tea and coffee making facilities for visitors.
